A Family’s Quiet Joy

Yesterday’s session reminded me why I love what I do. There’s something special about photographing a family so rooted in faith, and so grateful for the season they’re in.

Their newborn twins are already surrounded by so much love. You can see it in the way mom and dad look at them, the calm between the little cries, the laughter in between shots. I really didn’t need to direct much. Their love told the story on its own.

There were moments where the light caught just right, and I thought, this is what grace looks like.

As I packed up my camera, I couldn’t help but wish them all the best. For the twins to grow healthy and strong. For the parents to find rest in the chaos. And for their home to always feel as peaceful and warm as it did yesterday.
