Booking & Payment
A signed agreement and non-refundable retainer are required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due by the day of the session unless otherwise arranged. Payment plans are available for select sessions—just ask!
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Life happens! If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Retainers are non-refundable but may be applied to a future session within 3 months of the original date. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours forfeit the retainer.
In the rare event I need to reschedule (due to weather, emergency, or illness), we’ll work together to find the next best date.
Weather Policy
For outdoor sessions, I keep an eye on the forecast and will touch base if weather could affect your shoot. If we need to reschedule due to rain, wind, or extreme conditions, there’s no extra fee.
Turnaround Time
Final edited images will be delivered within:
• Portrait sessions: 2–3 weeks
• Branding & Events: Up to 4 weeks
Need your images sooner? Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.
Image Delivery
Photos are delivered via a private online gallery where you can view, download, and order prints. Galleries remain live for 30 days—please download your images promptly.
Editing & Retouching
All final images are hand-edited in my signature style. Basic retouching (lighting, color, minor skin touch-ups) is included. Requests for heavy or advanced edits may incur an additional fee.
Copyright & Usage
Bloom Entwine retains the copyright to all images. Clients receive a print and personal-use license. For commercial or promotional use (such as branding or business marketing), usage terms will be specified in your session agreement.
Client Conduct
Kindness, communication, and mutual respect are at the heart of Bloom Entwine. If at any point I feel unsafe or disrespected during a session, I reserve the right to end the session without refund.
